With the Spedy app, you can choose your role as an Explorer, a Brydgee, or even both:

Discover how to navigate and make the most of the Spedy App as an explorer. Follow these simple steps to enhance your journey and uncover everything the app has to offer.
Step 1: Getting Started with the Spedy App as an Explorer
Once you’ve downloaded the app and set up your profile, simply tap the "Explorer" button to explore your destination like a local and uncover authentic experiences.

Step 2: Tell Us About You
This screen allows you to share information about yourself and your preferences. By providing these details, our Brydgees can tailor your Spedy experience to better suit your needs. Sharing this information is optional, and you can update it later on your profile page.
Step 3: Add Your Profile Picture
Uploading or taking a fresh profile picture not only personalizes your profile but also maintains the app's integrity. Ensure your picture is current and professional in appearance.
Step 4: Complete Your Profile for a Personalized Experience
After signing up, take a moment to complete your profile. Be sure to include the languages you'd like to communicate in, as this will guide our algorithm to connect you with Brydgees who share those language preferences. Additionally, fill out details that showcase your interests, and don't forget to add a fun fact about yourself. These details will help Brydgees tailor their recommendations and experiences to better match your preferences. And remember, whenever you update your profile, be sure to press Save to ensure your changes are updated!
Step 5: Navigating App Information and Your Payment
In the sidebar, you can find all the app information you need, as well as complete setting up your payment—or you can complete it when you start the experience.
At Spedy, we prioritize the experiences you have on our app, ensuring we never compromise on quality or service. To maintain this standard, we compensate our Brydgees, motivating them to consistently deliver great experiences for our Explorers.
Through our partnership with PayPal and Stripe, your payment details are securely handled, with only PayPal and Stripe having access to this information.
Step 6: Start Your Spedy Journey
Click the "Let's Spedy" button to begin your adventure. Enjoy a personalized experience made just for the explorer in you!.
Step 7: Tailor Your Spedy Experience
Customize your experience by choosing from Food, Knowledge, and Entertainment. Whether you have something in mind or want to explore the latest hotspots in your area, expand your food palate, or simply learn the history of the area you're in, the choice is yours!
Step 8: Seamless In-App Communication
With our In-App Communication feature, you can choose your preferred way to connect with our Brydgees—whether through texting or calling, the choice is yours!
Step 9: Find Your Perfect Brydgee and Begin Your Spedy Experience!
After selecting your desired experience, preferred communication style, and language, Spedy will present a variety of Brydgees that meet your criteria.
Browse through their profiles by swiping left or right. Click on a profile to learn more about the Brydgee, including additional skills, a fun fact about them, and reviews from past experiences. When you've found the Brydgee that suits you best, click "Select This Brydgee." If you're not ready to decide, simply continue browsing for other options. Once you've selected your Brydgee, you'll proceed to the payment confirmation screen. After that, you're ready to begin your Spedy experience!
Step 10: Rate and Review Your Experience
At the end of your experience, take a moment to rate your Brydgee. While leaving a review is optional, your input helps other Explorers and recognizes our Brydgees for their exceptional service, fostering a trusted Brydgee community!

After downloading the Spedy app, set up your profile and tap the "Brydgee" button. Get rewarded for sharing tips, recommendations, and your passion for your city and community
Step 2: Share Your Skills
This screen lets you share details about your skills and areas of expertise. By providing this information, Spedy will match your profile to Explorers searching for your knowledge. You can
update this information anytime on your profile page. Please be truthful, as accuracy ensures the best experience for Explorers and may impact your app usage.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
After signing up, take a moment to complete your profile. Include the languages you communicate, as this helps match you with Explorers looking for specific language communication. Additionally, list your skills to showcase your expertise, and don’t forget to add a fun fact about yourself. Most importantly, ensure your profile picture is current. These details play a key role in influencing Explorers’ decisions when choosing a Brydgee
Step 4: Navigating App Information and Manage Your Compensation
In the sidebar, you’ll find everything you need to navigate the app and complete your compensation setup—an essential step to becoming a Brydgee. At Spedy, we focus on delivering quality experiences. To support this, we ensure our Brydgees are compensated, encouraging great service for our Explorers. Your payment details are securely handled through PayPal and Stripe, ensuring your financial information remains safe and private.
Step 5: Stay Versatile with Spedy
At Spedy, you have the flexibility to choose how you connect with Explorers—whether through in-app calling or messaging. Simply set your availability using the filter, keep the app running in the background, and use your phone as usual while waiting for a request. When an Explorer sends a request, you can review their profile and decide whether to accept or decline. If you accept, you're ready to start the experience!
